I thought it might be helpful to have posts about what to expect when working with psychiatrists. There is so much myth and misinformation out there . I'd love to help provide some clarity.
I'm going to start a set of posts all called 'What to Expect" and we can chat about First Appointments, Starting Therapy, Visiting an ER for Mental Health Care...honestly there are a ton of topics I could cover.
