SERVICES

Clinical ConsultationsThis is a clinical service where the patient and physician meet for a predetermined number of sessions, with the goal being the generation of a consultation report for the patient’s own reference or to be referred to a trusted continuity care physician to help with care planning and prescription management. No prescription management services are provided with this type of service. Consultation fees do not include the cost of recommended laboratory or diagnostic services, although those services may be recommended by us. Acceptance as a consultation patient does not guarantee access to continuity care with Parkside. Rather, both we and you must first agree you will be best served by becoming a continuity care patient.

Clinical Continuity CareThis is a clinical service where a Parkside physician will be responsible for the primary evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of your psychiatric care needs.
